Serpsly

Privacy Policy

Draft for review · Updated October 19, 2026

This draft is awaiting confirmation of the service operator, contact details, and legal review.

1. Information processed

Serpsly processes your email address and sign-in details to provide account access. Account records may include profile information you provide, credit usage, and account status.

When you submit a website address for an audit, Serpsly fetches its publicly available page content. Signed-in audits save the URL, score, checks, and report in your audit history. Keyword tracking saves the keyword, target URL, country, and ranking history.

2. How information is used

Information is used to sign you in, produce and save reports, track keywords, manage credits, support account administration, and provide password-reset messages. Administrators can view account information and manage suspended or deleted accounts.

3. Service providers and website requests

Lovable Cloud provides account authentication and database services. Auditing and page discovery send requests to the website you enter, including its public robots.txt and sitemap files. Those websites may record these requests.

When AI-written fixes are enabled, relevant page information—including its URL, title, description, headings, and failed check identifiers—may be sent through Lovable’s AI service to produce suggested fixes. Avoid submitting private or confidential URLs or content.

Competitor, backlink and social reports currently use sample data rather than live measurements. This policy should be reviewed before connecting new data providers.

4. Browser storage and downloads

Sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. A submitted audit URL is also temporarily stored in the browser to continue your report after signing in. CSV and PDF exports create downloads on your device; you control where those downloaded files are saved and shared.

5. Security and account controls

Account access and saved reports are protected by access controls. No online service can promise absolute security. Keep your password secure and sign out on shared devices. Administrators can suspend accounts and permanently delete accounts and their associated saved data through the service’s account-management controls.

6. Retention and privacy requests

Exact retention periods, backup deletion schedules, provider processing locations, and a verified contact for access, correction, or deletion requests still need to be confirmed. These details must be added before this policy is finalized.

7. Updates and operator details

This draft describes the current account and reporting features. The service operator’s legal identity, contact details, and any additional disclosures required for its audience and jurisdiction are pending review. Updates should be reflected here when the service or its data practices change.
